website needs to be more educational - not soliciting; most business won’t come from website but it's a good site to get product/company info;
studies of success rate of using disinfectants, sanitizers and explain study done;
contact info for CS, CEO, COO, CHRO, for now
Can be done remotely. Stable infrastructure. If it goes down, process or software must be able to understand cause of server problems and can access it remotely and fix or of physically responsible. CIO directs tech to fix.
